Product description and features

Our PVC thermoformed sheet can be processed without wrinkles and streaks e. g. with a blow drier. Ideal for covering landing lights, for glazing position lights integrated into the wing or actually for vacuum-drawing transparent parts.

If a transparent cover has to be made as quickly as possible, a good result can also be achieved with the blow drier. You pull the sheet with both hands over the part to be deep-drawn while a helper gently heats up at least ten centimeters apart. With a little practice you can achieve a remarkable result in just 30 seconds.
