DESCRIPTION
WHAT DOES HV MEAN AT SAVÖX?
HV stands for high voltage. Savöx servos marked in this way can be operated with up to 8.4V voltage. The use of a 2s LiPo battery is possible without any problems. All HV servos can of course also be operated with a lower voltage from 4.8V, but less power is available here.
With the SV-1261MG, Savox is bringing an even more powerful version of the SV-1260MG, which has already proven itself for years, onto the market. The SV-1261MG delivers an impressive 25kg of power at 8.4V. This makes it more suitable than ever for all applications that require power, precision, speed and backlash-free gearing. The speed of the full metal servo with full metal gear is 0.08 sec / 60 degrees at 8.4V. Thanks to the 25 tooth output of the standard size, all common servo levers of any size can be used. In the 15mm midi servo class, the SV-1261MG is a superlative servo and easily replaces standard size servos with significantly smaller dimensions. This is made possible by the powerful bell armature motor, which is normally only used in servos in the 20mm class. The weight including cable is exactly 40 grams.
The servo has a soft start, meaning it moves slowly into the controlled position when switched on, thus protecting the steering.
