Optotronix Aurora LCU EVO2 NightShow RGB
For the perfect show, upgrade your effect model with up to 30m RGB LED strips. The Aurora NightShow RGB creates a wide variety of light effects (color fading, color jumping, permanent color, color strobo…) which can be controlled from the transmitter and the speed is infinitely variable. A special flight show mode allows you to easily jump between desired effects during flight.
The Aurora NightShow RGB can now be operated with up to 13 volts (3S LiPo/LiIon) and offers concentrated light output in the smallest of spaces with an unbeatable 16×48 millimeters and a weight of 11 grams.
Colorful light power
6 outputs or 2x RGB outputs with an output power of up to 5 amps continuous current per color channel. This means that a total of up to 30 meters of standard RGB-LEB band (30 LEDs/m) can be operated.
lightweight
The Aurora NightShow RGB is particularly small and light with only 11 grams.
Easy operation
An easy-to-use button and 8 status LEDs enable easy, quick and direct operation and programming at any time. No cumbersome programming via the PC. The intelligent firmware of the Aurora NightShow RGB allows you to easily program the RC lighting!
Extensive lighting functions
There are 4 different effective RGB light effects available: color fading, color jumping, permanent color and color strobo.
The speed of the effects can be infinitely adjusted from the transmitter./p>
5 special flight show modes create the perfect light show to match your flight program, e.g. B. adapted to the gas position.
FailSafe emergency lighting
A very important and useful feature is the notification of signal interference during flight, live in the sky. If the flight model is in FailSafe mode due to signal interference, the Aurora NightShow RGB switches to emergency lighting mode. All RGB LEDs light up permanently red and flash white twice per second.
Operation up to 13V
The Aurora NightShow RGB can now be operated with up to 13 volts (3S LiPo/LiIon). This also makes it possible to connect LED lighting that is designed for 12 volts (e.g. LED strips, HV LEDs,…).
Standalone
Can you jump to standalone mode at the touch of a button? the selected outputs remain active even without a receiver signal. Ideal for exhibitions and construction evaluations.
battery monitoring
At the push of a button, the charge status of the battery can be queried in six stages. If the battery voltage is critical, a warning is issued and the LCU stops operating. If the battery is not disconnected from the electronics, these will automatically stop operating.
Improved quiescent current and wake-up capability
If the receiving system is switched off, the Aurora NightShow RGB goes into sleep mode and only has a quiescent current of 50µA. As soon as the receiving system is activated, the lighting electronics wake up again.
Maximum security
Consumers that have nothing to do with the recipient system should not be connected to it either. Therefore, the Aurora NightShow RGB has a galvanically isolated signal input (optocoupler).
easy installation
The Aurora Plug is available as an accessory, a connector strip with gold-plated contacts that simplifies and speeds up the soldering of the model lighting.
