Tomahawk’s successful jet – the Futura V3 from FMS

The FMS Futura is a licensed sport jet developed by FMS in cooperation with Tomahawk Aviation. With the Futura V3, the German-Chinese engineering team has created one of the most outstanding sport jets made of rigid foam.

Now even better! The features of the V1 version have been retained: the CNC-machined metal landing gear, the robust airframe with high-strength wing spars, and the oversized electronics bay. The 13g all-metal digital servos and the improved connectors were adopted from the further developed V2 version. The third version has been further improved. The V3 comes with additional, alternately flashing navigation lights on the left and right wings and taxi lights on the underside of the fuselage. Furthermore, the V3 version features a new color scheme.

Powerful drive The Futura V3 is powered by an optimized 3665-KV2000 brushless motor in conjunction with an efficient 80mm 12-blade impeller and a Hobbywing 100A flight controller.

Lightweight PNP construction: This jet model is made from extra-strong and exceptionally lightweight EPO40 rigid foam. All electronics, including the motor, impeller, speed controller, servos, and electric, sprung retractable landing gear, are pre-installed. Simply insert the battery and receiver, and the FMS Futura V2 is ready – ready to put a big grin on your face.
