The dimensions of the WingFix model stand are approx. 100 x 44 x 19 cm (LxWxH) without ears. The ears can be turned so that the full support can be used. If the ears stand upright, the clear measurement is approx. 40 cm. On a keyboard stand, the working height is 75 cm.

The WingFix ULTRA is the largest variant of the WingFix model stand and is suitable for large jets. The significantly lower working height results in better accessibility for larger fuselages to the model and optimal stability in connection with the keyboard stand.

When designing the WingFix, all experiences from previous products have been incorporated. In conjunction with a keyboard stand (28 – 30 mm tube diameter) it becomes a convenient assembly aid on the airfield.
In order to achieve the widest possible range of uses, the adjustable ears that hold the model can be adjusted in a wide range from 10 mm to 40 cm. Slots are provided for this. Threaded inserts are screwed into the adjustable ears. To fix the ears, they are clamped with ergonomically shaped wing screws with plastic handles.

The two central clamping screws and the clamping strips ensure a durable connection between the WingFix and the keyboard stand. After loosening the screws in the connecting part, the WingFix can be easily assembled or disassembled.

The WingFix is ​​also suitable for safely transporting larger fuselages in the car and as a model stand for handicraft work on the workbench at home.

In order to further increase the possible uses, there are already slots for additional shelves, transport handles, small feet, additional fixing options and drink holders.

In order to ensure the widest possible range of applications, the following options are integrated:

– Stepless height adjustment ideal for scale gliders and other models with a narrow tail

– Wing holder for a secure hold of smaller models in wind and as an assembly aid when wing mounting

– Shelf for small parts and tools incl. magnetic holder

– Central clamping enables a stable connection to the keyboard stand as well as the simplest assembly and disassembly.

– Narrow middle section to achieve sufficient space for chassis of motor models

– Hook for storing hand-held transmitters

The wooden parts are CNC milled from high-quality and stable 15 mm birch plywood. The plug-in system also makes the model construction stand stable and it can therefore be easily assembled.

The wooden parts are covered with 3 mm self-adhesive rubber at the contact points so that the model is held securely and not damaged.

In the Black Edition, the wood also has a 240 g/m² thick phenolic resin coating, which makes the model stand particularly resistant.
