The stand is ideal for transporting and storing gliders with a wingspan of up to approx. 4 m and a maximum fuselage diameter of 160 mm. On the airfield it can be converted into a model stand with a wing holder. EVERYTHING is always tidy.

For storage, the stand can be incorporated into a simple shelf rail system. The two elongated holes next to the carrying handle are used for this purpose.

In order to ensure the widest possible range of applications, the following options are integrated.

– Variable torso holders for all torso diameters up to 160 mm (can be folded down and used as a model stand; the torso holders click into place and are absolutely stable)

– Variable surface holders for holding up to three surface parts and adjustable to different profile thicknesses. In addition, the height of the wing holder can be adjusted to enable transport with cross tail (tail lies under the wings during transport)

– Trunk support for scale fuselages (with different fuselage diameters at the mounting points there is an adjustable support, so the fuselage is always horizontal during transport)

– Adjustable and foldable wing holder that always keeps the model level in the stand function on the airfield.

The wooden parts are CNC milled from high-quality and stable 15 mm birch plywood. The plug-in system also makes the model construction stand stable and it can be easily assembled.

The wooden parts are glued with 3 mm neoprene rubber at the contact points. So that the model is held securely and not damaged.
