The design of the frame makes it possible to balance motor models with chassis or wing struts. The stop can be rotated 180°. Another pointer is used for this purpose, which makes it possible to set the exact center of gravity. The frame can be rotated so that it does not interfere.
The ball bearings make it very precise and durable. The rocker itself has stops and therefore has a maximum deflection of 10° in both directions. As a result, the model can no longer fall off the seesaw, even if, for example, the model’s battery is removed.
Furthermore, the surface stop was arranged with a 10° bevel. When the rocker is in the front end position (10°) at the stop, the model can be placed. In the neutral position when weighing out, the surface stop no longer interferes.
The center of gravity can be set with millimeter precision using the engraved scale.
The wooden parts are CNC milled from high-quality and stable 15 mm birch plywood. The plug-in system also makes the center of gravity scale stable and therefore easy to assemble.
The wooden parts are covered with self-adhesive rubber at the contact points so that the model is held securely and not damaged.

- Set the specified center of gravity for your model using the scale. Depending on the model, the stop can be used in both directions. When adjusting, make sure that the stop rests cleanly on the guide. For heavier models, it is recommended to fix the center of gravity balance to the base plate with a screw clamp.
- Bring the rocker to the front stop position. Now it has exactly 10° deflection. In this position, the stop can be used as an adjustment. The advantage of this method is the exact measurement in a defined position. Furthermore, the stop is away from the model when weighing and does not disturb the process.
- Your model will no longer slip due to the rubber pad. If it does, you can always check the correct position by moving the rocker to the front stop. The model can now be balanced. Also check the light gap at the base of the seesaw. If the gap is the same on both sides, the center of gravity is set correctly.
- The rear stop is used to prevent the model from falling off if, for example, the battery is completely removed.
